He has consulted more than 30 clients within the Asia region as an Independent Consultant for IMPAC focused on delivering the needed attitudinal behavioral changes, productivity improvements and projected savings to the client. He was the Principle Consultant for SC Management Consultancy proving consulting service for the Siam City Cement Group (Thailand), PT. Panggung Electronic Surabaya and PT Omron Electronic, Jakarta Indonesia - focusing on Project Management, Organisation Development and Career planning programmes and also provides consultation services for Malaysian Clients. Currently, he is the CEO of UCSI Extension, a training and consulting firm that provides lifelong 'learning and growth' opportunities for corporate clients and working adults.
Gracie brings with her over 30 years of work and business experiences in the field of hospitality, tourism and events management. Prior to her appointment as Managing Director of UCSI Communications Sdn. Bhd., Director of UCSI Extension Sdn. Bhd. and Associate Dean of Faculty of Hospitality and Management UCSI University Sarawak, Gracie served with the State Government of Sarawak as Chief Executive Officer for the Sarawak Tourism Board (2005-2009). Gracie’s vast experiences in hospitality, tourism, marketing and event management allows her to bring forth valuable input and advice in entrepreneurial business management concepts as well as research and survey analysis for the related fields of hospitality and tourism. Her business experiences include setting up of businesses in restaurant, airline hospitality lounge as well as inbound tour and dive operations. She has also served in the hotel industry in the Front Office, Sales & Marketing departments and Pre–Opening Hotel Operations over her 15 years stint in four international chain hotels and resorts. A regular speaker in the tourism conferences circuit as well as a certified trainer and corporate consultant, Gracie believes deeply in enriching the experiences of those in the industry, by sharing with industry colleagues on the development of the industry. Gracie is an avid advocate of Blue Ocean Strategy concepts.
Prior to joining UCSI, Sunny has 9 years of experience in various turnkey projects with both Corporate and Start-up Companies as a project manager/consultant providing hands-on and professional consultation and solutions in Brand Identity Development, Marketing Communication, Creative Content Development and Desktop Publishing. He was responsible in developing the 'Malaysia Brand' mark in collaboration with SME Corp which is awarded to Malaysian Brand with global standards and quality. He has also helped the Malaysia Productivity Corporation to developed and produced 'SMEs on the Move', a quarterly magazine that is distributed to various SMIs in Malaysia. Some of the prominent organizations he has helped and consulted are the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), UOA Group, Brunsfield Group, KPJ Group and Aker Solutions Group. Sunny is currently a member of the consulting team at UCSI Extension in building innovative lifelong learning programmes focusing on 'Business Partner' and 'Entrepreneur Mindset' for both working executives and corporate clients.
Palani shares with participants his knowledge and experience culled over 20 years of involvement in the software application and training industry. He specializes in the areas of increasing office productivity, effective planning and cost reduction methods for corporate organisations using Microsoft Office. Palani blends a seemingly simplified method and various aspects of decision making skills using built-in functions, features, and add-ins available in the software besides learning how to interpret the final answer of a calculated function and feature. Palani holds a Masters in Business Administration (majoring in Electronic Commerce) from Australia and has humbly written over 50 books on business decision making applications and methods.
Associate Professor Dr Alan Keoy Kay Hooi is a multiple award winner for Outstanding Researchers of Malaysia 2012, Outstanding Asian Researchers 2012 as well as Asia Best Journal Editor 2012. He is currently the Director of the Centre of Excellence for Research, Value Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CERVIE) for UCSI University and had also spends 8 years of his professional engagement with the Centre of Entrepreneur and Entrepreneurship Management, Bradford University in United Kingdom. He had co-develop ITAP; an innovative and solution-based research methodology and techniques that focuses on practical analysis and solutions in market research, operational improvement and issues related to the financial industry.
Dr. Dazmin Daud is currently a lecturer in logistics, human resource management, research methodology and supply chain management. He is a graduate of the University Technology MARA (UiTM) (Diploma in Mocrobiology, 1990). He also completed the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport at UiTM in 1994 and Master Science in Human Resource Development at University Putra Malaysia in 2004. He completed his doctoral study (PhD in Management) at the University Selangor in 2011. His consultancy experience was formed through working with professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), the Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA), the Asian Institute of Productivity and Quality Management (AIPQM), and the Malaysian Association of Productivity (MAP).

Subramaniam is a Human Resource Development approved Trainer and a Management Consultant, and holds a PhD in Business Administration and an MBA in Total Quality Management from Newport University, California. He has more than 30 over years hands-on experience in various much sought-after management fields, namely in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Production Control Management, Process Control Management, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Warehouse Management and Safety Management. This also includes 10 years of involvement as a trainer and facilitator for a top ten Fortune 500 USA company in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. As a trainer, facilitator, mentor, advisor, and consultant, Dr.Subra has helped thousands of people work together. Over the last seven years he has been heavily involved in providing management consultancies and trainings to mainly MNCs and SMEs in Malaysia, and recently in Vietnam and China. He is also a UK certified ISO9000 Lead Auditor.
Danny has over 2 decades in sales and marketing in the Asian region. As the General Manager in Moet Hennessy Diageo (MHD), he successfully tripled the wines & spirits business in Macau casino in 2009. His luxury brand experience includes iconic brands such as Dom Perignon, Krug, Hennessy, Johnny Walker, Moet&Chandon and Veuve Clicquot. He achieved an explosive 400% increase in MHD's champagne business in Singapore over 4 years. During the same period, he also multiplied Belvedere business by 19 times. From humble beginnings, he started his career as a salesman in NEC - quickly pushing to achieve top sales in Malaysia within 9months on the job. He continue his successful sales record by running the sales team in KL, Singapore and Macau. Additionally he had worked overseas and in regional roles for over a decade - giving him valuable exposure - and the ability to work well with people of any nationality and level.
Inbarajan is a Logistics & Supply Chain practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations, 3rd party logistics, upstream and downstream of oil palm plantation and port operations. He holds a MBA (Logistics) from RMIT University, Australia and a Professional Degree in Logistics & Transport, United Kingdom (UK). He is a corporate member of The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport, UK, and member of the Logistics Supply Chain Management Society, Singapore. His areas of expertise are designing, strategic planning and setting up of supply chain and logistics operations requirements in both startup and existing business. He has worked and consulted in Asia and West Africa in startup pioneer operations. His diverse portfolio and experience has included senior academic, consulting, end-user and industry facing roles in Asia and Africa.
He was an active member of the Logistics Committee of Federation of Malaysian Manufacturer in addressing industries issues with the Government and other agencies. He speaks at international conference and has conducted in-house and public training programmes for companies and various industry associations. He is a part time lecturer for the Diploma in Logistics programme with the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturer as well as its Degree and Masters programmes at local Universities for the last seven years and is an approved trainer by the Ministry of Human Resource of Malaysia.
He is currently pursuing his PhD with Asia e University and his area of research is sustainable supply chain.
